I bought a Jura E6 in 25th of November. It was a Christmas gift. They sent a returned item with the box all damaged by an old label and tapes. I just checked if it turned on and that was OK, but today (25th of December), the person who received the gift tried to set it and it doesn’t work. It is broken!
They resell returned items without checking them.
I just contacted the customer service and I hope they will respond soon and solve the problem. I will update the review if they solve it
